About Us

We met when we were both studying at the University of South Wales.

More specifically, we actually met at a YuGiOh local meet up.

Who won the YuGiOh games?

Joe did. Every game. I eventually had to ask if I could buy him a drink to get him to stop beating me – JoJo

We met in 2013 and will have been together for 12 years in October.

Yes, our families did say “Oh, finally.” when we got engaged.

Jointly we tend to spend our time watching anime and harassing our pet rats.

Individually, Joe plays YuGiOh and video games and Jo plays video games and does archery.

Cooking

Joe is an excellent cook, and I spend the majority of my time banished from the kitchen so as not to get under his feet. I have also been forbidden from cooking with limes – JoJo

DIY

I have a great love of making and fixing things, and have an odds-and-ends wood store large enough that my family have been politely suggesting I get rid of some for many years. I can’t though, I’ll use that one weird piece eventually – JoJo

Washing Up

It is a constant battle of wills as both us of hate it. Yes, we do have a dishwasher, no, it does not solve the issue.

Joe is, but only when he deigns to speak.

He has not.
